If an animal is illegal in your state, or a permit cannot be obtained, it is unlawful to purchase said animal.

There is no guarantee given or implied from Listyourpet.com, Panhandle Exotics, its owners, employees, etc., and any guarantee is strictly between the buyer and seller. We do our best to vet the sellers and ensure they are legitimate, but always do your due diligence before sending anyone payment and buy at your own risk. If you suspect someone of being a scammer, misrepresenting an animal, its health, age, etc., selling illegally or from an illegal state, please let us know immediately so we can investigate this issue and block their access if need be.

Verified accounts are processed by the website administrator confirming a USDA or state license (if applicable), or utility bill matches the address on the account holders driver’s license. Although this isn't foolproof and identity can’t be guaranteed, it does add an extra layer of protection for the buyer.
Our goal is to provide buyers and sellers with a safe platform to buy and sell exotic mammals, hoof stock and reptiles, without restrictions or bans being imposed by left wing activists.

Any misuse, illegal activities (which include but not limited to illegally selling, or obtaining without permit or in an illegal state,) harassment, bullying, threats, false accusations, spam, or unpaid promoting of other websites will result in immediate removal from our website and no refunds will be given for membership fees. You agree to indemnify us from and against all damages, costs, and fees awarded in favor of third parties, and you will indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees) (collectively, "Losses") suffered by us which Losses result from or arise out of the above claims.
